Ticket Refund and Cancellation Processing

Afrah Travel charges a service fee for refund related partial or full cancellation of a ticket.

Many airfares are non-refundable once purchased. Majority of partially used tickets are non-refundable

In addition to Afrah fee, airlines may charge a cancel- ation penalty between 0% and 90% of the fare value of the ticket if the ticket is partly or fully refundable *.

Name change

Not Possible. It should be exactly as in passport

Date Change / Itinerary Change / Class Upgrade

Ticket must be re issued; Applicable re-issue fee or fare difference varies.

No show

Airline charges for no show in case of changes or refund.
